We securely destroy personal information at the end of the retentionperiod or when this personal information is no longer necessary. However, in some cases and for serious, legitimate purposes, such as for statistical data or another purpose, we may anonymize (i.e.: make it impossible to identify the person through information irreversibly and permanently) personal information. This process makes it impossible to trace the individual associated with the information. The rest of the data will be destroyed in keeping with the previous paragraph.

The policy does not apply to other third-party websites that can be accessed from a link on our web pages. We are not and cannot be responsible for these third-party sites, their content, access, or how they may use your personal information. As such, any personal information that you send through the intermediary of these third-party websites is subject to their confidentiality and/or protection of privacy policy. We may use the ReCAPTCHA product from Google Inc. (Google) to protect the entry of forms on our website. This system is used to verify whether data entered on our site (contact form) has been entered by a person or an automated program to avoid malicious use.
